Entry forms, waivers and a copy of your payment receipt need to be complete and clear (if photos) for your entry to be accepted.  NO entries will be accepted if payment receipt is not attached.
PLEASE NOTE:  Only CURRENT AQHA members are to use the AQHA member & waiver forms.  T&DTPA members only need entry forms.  Non-members please use Event Waiver form.

​There are three divisions.
Open - 18 years and over
Youth - 13 to 17
Junior - 12 years and under
